The Last Will and Testament of Elenor Weatherwax with the probate thereof: Recorded September 21st 1819
I Elenor Weatherwax of the town of Lansingburgh County of Rensselaer and State of New York make this my last Will and Testament as follows:
First I appoint Isaac Wallice and Thomas Turner to be executors and Trustees of this my last Will and testament andc I devise unto them their heirs And assigns all my estate Real and personal whatever and what over upon trust to be disposed of as hereafter directed after my decease all of my personal property which is not thereafter otherwise disposed. I order and direct that it be sold by the executors and out of the proceeds to pay all the debts which may remain unpaid and due at the time of my death. I devise unto Eliza Frances my best feather bed pillows bolsters bedstead with all the bedclothes necessary or below: giving to the same six silver tea spoons, six puter plates and two hundred dollars in cash. All of which is to be paid and delivered unto the aforesaid Eliza Fransecia when she shall be of lawful age to be married and not before and I devise unto my son Stephen six silver teaspoons and I further direct ---- ---- ---- that out of the moneys colected you pay unto my son John two dollars, and unto my daughter Rachel ten dollars and I further devise and order that you pay my Grand Daughter Elinor Baker fifty dollars when she shall be of lawful age I further order and direct that after collecting and paying all the debts the balance of the money if any be paid unto my son Stephen. And I further devise after paying all the debts as I said I give and grant unto my son Stephen all my Real estate excepting the good lot of about four acres --- the sons more or less which be Equally divided between my sons John and Stephen. And one half of the wood lot to be John and the other Half to be Stephen- Given under my hand and seal this fourteenth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and nineteen.
