The last will & testament of Peter Baringer deceased with the probate thereof in. Received May 27, 1817.
In the name of God, Amen, I Peter Baringer of the town of Brunswick, County of Rensselaer and State of New York being weak in body, but of sound & perfect mind & memory blessed be Almighty God for the same do make & publish this my last will & Testament in manner & form following that is to say __
First I give & bequeath unto my daughter Caty Baringer Two hundred Dollars, One hundred thirty three Dollars & thiry four cents to be paid by my son Henry Baringer six years after my decease, which shall be in full for an obligation which I hold against him the said Henry __
And the further sum of Sixty Six Dollars & sixty cents I order be paid to my said daughter Caty by my son-in-law Anthony Mambert six years after my decease which shall be in full for a certain obligation which I hold against my said son-in-law Anthony Mambert __
I also give & bequeath unto my son Henry my clock. And I also give & bequeath unto my grandson Peter Baringer Jr Twenty Five Dollars and lastly as to all the rest residue & remainder of my personal estate goods & chattels of what kind & nature soever I give & bequeath to my beloved wife Catharine Baringer.
And I hereby appoint my son Henry & son-in-law Anthony afresaid my Executors of this my last will & Testament herby revoking all former wills by me made.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this second day of march in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred & sixteen __
