The last will and Testament of Henry Barringer deceased with the proof, thereof as a Will of personal property. Recorded the 12th day of May 1864.

In the name of God Amen, I Henry Barringer of the town of Brunswick in the County of Rensselaer and State of New York being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following (That is to say) __

First I order and direct my Executor herein after named to pay all my Just debts and funeral charges and procure suitable Tomb Stones to my grave __

Secondly I give and bequeath to my two daughters Maria wife of Leonard Sharpe and Catharine wife of Conrad Sharpe to each of them one equal half of all my money bonds & mortgages & notes I may have at my decease or to their legal representatives __

I give and bequeath to my daughter Eveline wife of Paul Springer my clock and all bedding or other personal property not otherwise disposed of in this will __

I give and bequeath to my grandson Henry Sharpe my horse if I have one at my decease __

I give and bequeath my harness and wagon to my grandson Henry Springer __

I give and bequeath my sleigh to my son-in-law Leonard Sharpe __

I do hereby appoint John L Callyson sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty-eighth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine __

The above instrument consisting of one half sheet was at the date thereof signed, sealed published and declared by the said Henry Barringer as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
