Last Will and Testament Peter Earing Town of Greenbush

In the name of God Amen _

I PETER EARING of the town of Greenbush in the County of Rensselaer and State of New York being of sound mind memory and understanding. Blessed be Lord for the same do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

First I order and direct all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid by my Executrix and Executor, herein after named _

Secondly I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife CATHARINE EARING all my Estate both real and personal after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses to have and to hold to her her heirs and assigns forever _

Thirdly I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife CATHARINE EARING Executrix and my BROTHER-IN-LAW PETER REYNOLDS of the town of Greenbush and State of New York Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made _

In witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and forty nine
