NOTES FROM SUBMITTER: "Based on this Will her maiden name was Lillian E. Collins. Based on USC documents she married Arthur C. Cipperley about 1890. It appears from census data they never had children. Her Husband was the son of John Henry Cipperly 1838-1903 and wife Rachael (unknown maiden name). He appears with his parents in USC1870 and 1880. In USC1920 his widowed mother Rachael is living with them in Rensselaer, NY. His last occupation was listed as Locomotive Engineer on the Railroad. Although I found this couple in 5 different Census records the spelling of Cipperly and Cipperley both appear. No where could I find him with the middle initial of "C". I do not have a date of death for Arthur or burial location for this couple as yet."
