I, Ada C. Cipperley of the town of Sand Lake in the county of Rensselaer and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and testament, in manner following that is to say.
FIRST. I will and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate ,I give devise and bequeath to my husband Albert H. CIPPERLEY.
THIRD: (a) In case, however my said husband shall not survive me, I give and bequeath to my sister-in-law Carrie BELLOWS, in case she survives me; and to the West Sand Lake Methodist Church, each the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS.
(b) To my nephews-in-law, Milton Bellows, Louis Cipperley, Ervin Cipperley and my nieces-in-law Ethel Cipperley HART and Marion Cipperley CLICKNER; and to my friend Bernice Crouse RATHBUN, in cae they survive me, each the sum of TWO HUNDRED ($200.00) DOLLARS.
(c) To my brother-in-law , George CIPPERLEY, in cae he survives me the sum of ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS.
(d) To my cousin, Lena Austin ROGERS, in case she survives me the sum of FIFTY ($50.00) DOLLARS.
(e) All the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate, real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath to the said Marion Cipperley CLICKNER and Milton BELLOWS, or to the survivor of them, absolutely.
(f) In case my said husband shall not survive me, I nominate the said Marion Cipperley CLICKNER executrix, and Milton BELLOWS executor of this my Will. Lastly I hereby appoint my said husband Albert H. CIPPERLEY, sole executor of this my last Will and testament, with full power and authority to sell and convey lease of mortgage real estate; hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name the 14th day of August in the year Nineteen Hundred and Fifty Two.

NOTES FROM SUBMITTER: "She was Ada C. Clapper, daughter of Stephen E. Clapper and wife Mary Jane Austin. There was no record found for children in her marriage to Albert H. Cipperley. In later years of their marriage her widowed mother lived with them for a time based on USC data.
Her Husband Albert H. Cipperley was the son of Nicholas H. Cipperley (1835-1914) and his wife Sarah M. (maiden name unknown). Because the Will identified her brother-in-law George and his children as heirs it is easy to confirm her husband's line of descent. Also because she identified female heirs with their married last names that helps to keep the female side of the line going. As in the case of many Probate files there was no copy of a death certificate in the file, and often multiple copies of the same document are found within these files."
