In the name of God amen. I Nicholas FELLER of the town of Greenbush county of Rensalear and state of New York being of a perfect health of body and being of a perfect mind & memory thanks be given unto God calling unto mind the mortality of my boady & knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last Will and testament, that is to say principly first of all I give recommend my soul unto the hands of God that gave it my body I recomend to the earth to be buried in decent Christian burial at the discretion of my executors, nothing doubting but that at the general resurrection. I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God and as touching such unto by estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life I give demise and dispose of the same in the following manor and form. First I give and bequeath to my son Philip FELLER my large Bible for his birth right. I give & bequeath to my youngest son Nicholas FELLER the farm that I now live on all except what I shall here after mention and also I give him the chois of a span of horses and two milk cows and two sheep & the gun and he is to pat the debt that I justly owe or shall owe & also he must pay out six years after my decease six pounds apiece to Philip, Zachariah, Hannah, Catherine, John, Rebeckr, Jacob my sons and daughters or their heirs and asigns. I give & bequeath to Cathareign (Catherine) eight acres of land beginning at the shoole house lot and binding on the creek running a north course on the east side of my farm til it includes the eight acres exclusive the road and she must pay the rent to Nicholas also I give her two cows and two sheep which is the porportion of the eight acres which is due to the lord of the site & she is to have a house built by Nicholas on the lot & farm of eighteen by twenty feet compleated fit to live in that if she should not be willing to live in the house where I now live & she be furnished with timber for fencing fair fire wood off the said farm during he continuance also

apples for her use but if short see fit to sell the lot then there is know such incumbrance as to fencing & fire wood & Apples for him to supply her with & If she should not sell the lot of land as I mention is to remain to the remainder part of the farm and to be the use of him & his heirs and assigns and to the remainder or part I give to Nicholas which is what I have heretofore mentioned to his heirs & assigns forever & if Cathareign should see propeer to sell the lot she must give to Nicholas the refusal and the remainder [illegible] of the goods & chattels I give to Philp, Zachariah, Hannah, Cathareign, John, Rebeker and Jacob equally to be divied to them & their heirs assigns also I give to my son Nicholas the Waggon, plow and harrow as I forgot to mention before. Also I do constitue and appoint Philip FELLER, Zachariah FELLER, John FELLER my sons whom I likewise constitute make and ordain the sole executors of this my last Will and testament all singular my goods & chattels except what I have heretofor mentioned by them to be disposed of as if I was personally here & I do hereby utterlly disallow revoke and disannull all and every other former testaments Wills legacies bequeaths and Executors by me & and in anywise before named willed and bequeathed satisfying and confirming this and not other to me my last Will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of January in the year ofour Lord one thousand and seven hundred and ninety eight.

Be it remembered that on the first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred personally appeares befor me John Woodworth Esquire Surrogate of the said county William Goosline who being sworn on his oath delared that he did see Nicholas Feller late of Greenbush in the county ofrenselaer deceased sign and seal the instrument annexed to this sheet of paper and heard him deliver it for the uses therein mentioned that at the time there he the saw Nicholas Feller was of sound disposing mind and memory to the best knowledge of this deponent that his name thereto subscribed is his own proper hand and name that he did see John Schafer sign his hand and that John Herring his mark thereto as subscribing witneses in the presence of the said Nicholas Feller and the said Philip Feller, Zachariah Feller and John Feller Executors in the same Will named on the same day were duly sworn to the faithful performance and execution thereof by taking the usual oath as Executors dated the second day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
