The people of the state of New York by the grace of God free and Independent to all to whom these presents shall come as may concern send greetings. Know ye that at Lansingburgh in the county of Rensselaer on the twenty forth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve before Hanson Douglas Esquire surrogate of our said county the last Will and Testament of Philip Feller of the town of Greenbush in the county of Rensselaer and state of New York deceased a copy thereof is hereunto was found and is now approved and allowed by us and the said deceased having wilst he lived and at the time of his death goods chattels or credits within the state by means whereof the proving and registering the said Will and granting administration of all said??? the said goods, chattels and credits and also the auditing allowing and final discharges the account thereof doth belong to us. The administration of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased and any way concerning his Will is granted unto Nicholas Feller,John Dunbaugh and Lawrence Wetherwax Executors in the said Will named, they being first duly sworn will and faithfully be administer the same and so make and exhibet a true and proper inventory of all singular the said Goods Chattels, and credits and also to render a just and true account thereof whereunto required. In Testimony whereof we have the said office of said Surrogate to be hereunto afixed Witness Hanson Douglas Esquire Surrogate of the said county at Lansingburgh this ?? fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve.

In the name of God amen. I Philip Feller of the town of Greenbush and county of Rensselaer yeoman being weak in body but for a perfect mind and memory, in body ??? God calling unto said the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die do make and

ordain this my last Will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I give and commend my soul to the hand of almighty God that gave it and my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a decent christian burial at the discretion of my Executor nothing doubting but at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God, and as teaching such worldy estate where with it is pleased God to help me in this life. I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner of and form. First I give and bequeath to Margaret my dearly beloved Wife during her widow-hood the and third part of all the farm shall produce except Hay and pasturing and she shall have the procede of Milking two cows, four sheep and two hogs on the farm I now live on. Said cows & sheep is to be keep at the expense of Jacob and William my sons but the hogs is to be fatten at the expense of my wife the aforesaid Grain and what the farm shall produce shall be thrashed and cliand and delivered in the chamber and the north room and one half of the cham-ber and one half of the butter and two cows and beding and such part of the house hold furniture as she shall wish to help. I order her to have and such part of the books as she shall wish to keep and also our bedsted and bunk, secondly I will and bequeath to my son Nicholas two sheep, thirdly I give and bequeath to my sons Jacob and William the farm that I now live on their heirs and assigns forever and each of them one span of horses and ??? a lumber shed and (next two lines not able to transcribe) and each of them one cow,and each four sheep and each of them onehog and I order Jacob and William to find firewood signifcant for the fire at the ?? of my wife yearly and order them also to pay my son Nicholas fifty dollars two years after my wife deceased to him his heirs and assigns and also order Jacob and William to pay Andrew my son fifty dollars two years after my wife decease him his heirs and assigns and also I order Jacob and William to pay John my son fifty dollars two years after my wife decease his heirs and assigns and I also order Jacob and William to pay my daughter Mary fifty dollars two years after my wife decease her heirs and assigns. I also order Jacob and Williamto pay Susaner my daughter fifty dollars two years after my wife decease to her heirs and assigns. I also order my sons Jacob and William to pay to Elisabeth (wife of David J. Craver) fifty dollars to years after my wife decease to her heirs and assigns. I also order Jacob and William to pay Margaret (wife of John J. Craver) my daughter fifty dollars two years after my wife decease her heirs and assigns. I also order Jacob and William to pay Margaret Hidely and John Hidely my grandchildren fifty dollars two years after my wife decease to them their heirs and assigns. I will and bequeath to my son Philip the lot of land that lays north side of the farm dike containing about twenty six acres of land adjoining Martain ??? and Nathanus Dorn and Joseph Shaver him his heirs and assigns forever and one cow, four sheep when he becomes of lawful

age and the said farm is to be in the hands of Jacob and William till Philip becomes of lawful age and said Jacob and William I bind them to keep the said farm in good fence and repair in a good farming like manner I do also constitute and appoint my son Nicholas and John Duneburgh and Lawrence Witherwax my Executors to this my last Will and Testament and I do order them to pay out of my estate to Mary Lusair and Elisabeth and Margaret each one cow and four sheep and one hog each and further order my Executors to pay Margaret and John Hidely my granchildren sixteen dollars when they become of lawful age and also ??? to pay the remainder part of my chattels if their be any to Nicholas, Andrew, John, Mary, Susannah, Elisabeth, Margaret and ??? Hidely these two last are divelion. I witness hereof I do sit my hand and seal Greenbush January the thirtith one thousand eight hundred and twelve.
Signed, sealed, published, pronounced and declared by the said Philip Feller as his last Will and testament in the presence of us who is present and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribed our names
