Theodore C. Wallace. 33 years old. Enlisted on 12/21/1861 at Albany, NY as a Asst. Surgeon. On 12/21/1861 he was commissioned into Field & Staff NY 93rd Infantry. He was discharged for promotion on 3/29/1863 at Falmouth, VA. On 3/29/1863 he was commissioned into Field & Staff NY 61st Infantry. He was discharged on 3/5/1864 [place was not noted].
