Henry P. Smith. 24 years old. Enlisted on 10/7/1861 at Northampton, NY as a 1st lieutenant. On 11/7/1861 he was commissioned into "D" Co. NY 93rd Infantry. He was mustered out on 10/6/1864 at Petersburg, VA. Promotions: Capt. 11/1/1862. Source: New York: Report of the Adjutant-General.
