William H. Kincaid. 25 years old. Enlisted on 10/19/1861 at Smith's Basin, NY as a private. On 11/14/1861 he mustered into "F" Co. NY 93rd Infantry. He was discharged for wounds on 11/23/1864. He was listed as wounded 5/16/1864 Spotsylvania Court House, VA (severe wound in left leg, amputated). Promotions: Sergt. 11/15/1861; 2nd Lieut. 10/13/1862; 1st Lieut. 6/2/1863; Capt. 5/6/1864 (as of Co. I). Intra Regimental Company Transfers:7/3/1864 from company F to company I.
