Richard Spicer. 33 years old. Enlisted on 4/25/1861 at Lansingburg, NY as a private. On 6/1/1861 he mustered into "A" Co. NY 30th Infantry. He was mustered out on 6/18/1863 at Albany, NY. At 36 years old he enlisted on 9/7/1864 at Troy, NY as a private. On 9/12/1864 he mustered into "C" Co. NY 2nd Vet Cavalry. He was mustered out on 8/22/1865 at Talladega, AL.
