Phillip C. Gibbs. 26 years old. Enlisted 8/11/1862 at Brunswick, NY to serve three years. Mustered in as private, Co. H, 8/27/1862. Surrendered 9/15/1862 at Harper's Ferry, VA. Paroled 9/16/1862 at Harper's Ferry, VA. Transferred to 134th Company, Second Battalion, Veteran Reserve Corps 11/30/1863. Mustered out with detachment 7/20/1865 at Mount Pleasant Hospital, Washington, DC. Source: New York: Report of the Adjutant-General.
