John Thurman Parker. 20 years. Enrolled at Chapins Farm, VA to serve three years. Mustered in as asst. surgeon, 1/2/1864; mustered out with regiment 7/9/1865 at Raleigh, NC. Commissioned Asst. Surgeon 12/9/1864, with rank from 12/8/1864, vice J. W. Scheinerhorn. Failed to muster. Source: New York: Report of the Adjutant-General.
