The following deed is recorded in Rensselaer Co NY Deed Book 100, on page 493, and was submitted by Patsy Sawyer.

Land Record. This indenture made the Twenty fourth day of November in the year our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty six between John Baker and Jane E his wife of the town of Poestenkill county of Rensselaer and the State of New York of the first part and George Labenter of the same place of the second part, for the sum of one hundred dollars to them in hand, containing about 10 acres. Listed in Book 100 page 493 of Resselaer County Court House, Troy, New York and recorded Feb. 23, 1857 at 1 hour and 35 Min. p.m.
