About 1 mile south of Eagle Mills hamlet on Creek Rd., on east side of road at top of a hill; about 1,000 feet from the road. The late Janet Derbyshire wrote in 2006 of this cemetery on the Welch farm, "There are many stones in this cemetery, and there is an iron fence around it. The gate is off but still had the inscription the last time I was there some years ago. The cemetery is terribly overgrown."

*Clare Radz also checked these against old copies of Interment Books in the Troy Public Library and added names where appropriate. An adjoining portion of land owned by Troy Country Club contained 21 graves. This property has been turned over to Forest Park Cemetery. Only one grave was identified with a name, and that has been taken care of by a family member. There is no way to identify those buried in the remaining 20 graves. They are being cared for by cemetery personnel.
