John McConihe. 28 years old. Enrolled 9/23/1862 at Troy, NY to serve three years. He mustered in as Lieut. Colonel 10/6/1862; as Colonel 4/12/1864. He was killed in action 6/1/1864 at Cold Harbor, VA; prior service as Capt., 1st Nebraska Infantry. Commissioned Lt. Colonel, with rank from 2/13/1864, vice C. Buel resigned.
